Volunteer Coaches!
Season games for Pre-K-High School are on Tuesdays or Thursdays.
Format 5 vs 5!
Practices 1 to 2 times a week
Boys and Girls Ages 4-17
7 Game Regular Season!
Head Coaches determine practice days and times.
High scoring fast paced fun.
Girls are encouraged to play.
Fun, safe & convenient!
Playoffs for 3rd-High School divisions
League runs September 24th to November 10th.
Early Bird registration deadline August 17th.
Late registration deadline August 31st.
Coaches meeting September 5th.
Practices can begin September 6th.

Summer Camps Registration JUNE 29TH & 30TH

NFL Flag Featuring Special Guest Coaches (Camps)

CAMP DATES JUNE 29TH & 30TH.

Grab It NFL Flag is partnering with Willamalane to host a series of flag football camps.

This camp will have former Ducks and NFL Players La Michael James and Jeremiah Johnson, along with NFL Flag Coaches

*Les Schwab Sports Park 32nd & Main Springfield, Oregon

*Players receive Camp Shirt and there will be daily prizes and awards.

*Players need to bring a water bottle, wear shorts and bring tennis shoes or cleats.

*We will provide Water, Hydration Mix and Gatorade

*Check in Pre -K -2nd Grade is from 8am-8:50am Camp runs from 9am -10:30am

*Check in 3rd-8th Grade is from 10am - 10:50am Camp runs from 11am - 2pm

*DJ Flores spinning the tunes!!!

Kids Ages 4-14

Each day will include football fundamental drills covering different positions, followed by flag football games where players can put those new skills to use. Players will receive instruction from experienced, coaches, with age-appropriate drills. Campers will receive a t-shirt. We will also have slip and slide.
